Life’s an adventure, a one way trip, with lots of twists & turns! Make sure you start every day, with a positive attitude, get some fresh air, get your heart rate going, and feed your heart & soul~it sounds “corny” but think of how we feed ourselves, as how you’d take care of your cars engine (I learned this the hard way~having never done an oil change on my first car! An impressive 1995 Nissan Pathfinder SE, which despite my clear neglect, carried me for 24 plus years, and 260k plus miles! )
